History
Sculled at London and won the Wingfield Sculls in 1902. Later joined Thames, and won the Goblets with Julius Beresford in 1911. In 1913 he was convicted of stealing a substantial amount of money from his employer, Barings' Bank, and was sentenced to six months' hard labour.
